On U turns I am starting to hear squeaking on the tires, not taking U turns specially fast, or have changed how I drive so I am curious as to what has changed? i am on stock tires R18 and the truck has 23k miles 🤔, TPS says 32, 33 PSI on all tires

having a click noise in the back, traced it back to the back right side , the noise went away when i dropped the seat down, i tried clicking the seatbelt in case it was that hitting the wall but no, it’s the seat, any recommendations to stop hitting those noises?

2024 TRD Sport when driving specifically on start stop traffic i feel something lightly hitting my back, around the place where the lumbar support goes high or low, tried moving the setting and i still feel it, someone has experience this?
