I went with the victory power relocation kit with the apex winch from HF. I used the switch that came with the winch.

I finally got my bumper and winch installed. I also installed the super stock bumper and Badland Apex winch. The install was pretty easy. I did also have to move the A/C refrigerant line slightly.
CBI finally has written instructions for the install; they only specify 4 bolts on each side...
I am thinking of using the same winch, are you able to get to the free spool handle from the 2 openings in the bumper?
From the 2 openings in the bumber are you able to reach your hand in and move the free spool handle?

Thanks! I think I saw it and was trying to get it out. Just could not get my hand in there. If it is the clip I think it is, it is slightly above 2 bolts that are 90 degrees to one another.
None of the videos I watched pointed that out unless we are talking about different things. Perhaps...
I am curious how you front off the truck? I just tried removing the face of my Trailhunter, but I think I am missing a clip. Watched several videos of for other trims but nothing for the Pro/Trailhunter.
Seems like below the headlight there is another clip but I could not figure it out...
