I wanted to follow up on this and report that the Viair 300P fits absolutely perfectly in the space behind the middle of the rear seat. I made sure to test it and it is surprisingly fast. My last portable compressor from quite a few years ago was very slow. IMO, this is a great option if...

At this point, behind the seat is just for storage and this is more for emergency use. I don't think I'd want to mount it inside the cab between the heat and the noise.
