Finally had a need to tow with the Tacoma. The big truck was needed for towing the camp trailer so I had my wife pull my bass boat with the Tacoma. It did better than expected - itās not a light boat, 22ā fiberglass with full fuel tanks and gear. No problems at all. I was Impressed.
Hey sorry - forgot to update. Nothing new to report. Iām at my home in AZ for the winter so away from my shop and tools. I have really enjoyed driving this truck though. Itās everything I wanted in a small truck. Very comfortable, fun to drive, fun to off road and manages to turn heads...

so the Seibon hood didnāt actually come with a slot hole(s) for the hood prop rod. I had already ordered hood struts and they were just waiting to be installed. Quick 20 minute install and work wonderfully.
one of my few interior modifications - I wanted some console molle panels. Love the look and they work great for attachments. Went with the DV8 - great price and really well made. Not a ton of room in the Tacoma cockpit so guessing I wonāt be adding a lot of things but so far a flashlight...
