Finally had a need to tow with the Tacoma. The big truck was needed for towing the camp trailer so I had my wife pull my bass boat with the Tacoma. It did better than expected - it’s not a light boat, 22’ fiberglass with full fuel tanks and gear. No problems at all. I was Impressed.

Love it. I also had it wrapped with PPF like the rest of the truck. Also have Seibon fender flares so it all matches.

Didn’t workout. The order was cancelled as it was damaged in shipping. I ended up going with a Seibon carbon fiber hood.

Hey sorry - forgot to update. Nothing new to report. I’m at my home in AZ for the winter so away from my shop and tools. I have really enjoyed driving this truck though. It’s everything I wanted in a small truck. Very comfortable, fun to drive, fun to off road and manages to turn heads...

Yes - I haven’t attached anything else to them yet but I like them. No regrets.

Mods are getting smaller 😂 so the Seibon hood didn’t actually come with a slot hole(s) for the hood prop rod. I had already ordered hood struts and they were just waiting to be installed. Quick 20 minute install and work wonderfully.

one of my few interior modifications - I wanted some console molle panels. Love the look and they work great for attachments. Went with the DV8 - great price and really well made. Not a ton of room in the Tacoma cockpit so guessing I won’t be adding a lot of things but so far a flashlight...

I bought the grill off Amazon - it came with a cheap light. I did buy a high end light bar from Cali Raised for my bumper though.

I had bought the ARK micro flaps for my build but they won't fit. I have the Seibon Carbon Fiber flares which are wider like the PRO and TH but they also have a recessed screw hole so they are not flat where the mud flap would attach. They can't mount behind because the flare curves down...
