So far no negative effects. I run the winch with the truck on but run my fridge off of an outlet i installed in the bed. It’ll run for a couple hours before my fridges auto voltage drop meter turns itself off. I’m not sure if I have an alternator tbh. I’ve never paid attention to it lol.

Yessir! It runs to the standard starter battery under the back seat. You can connect whatever accessories you have to the terminals that are mounted under the hood.
