  1. Beware of this company

I saw the original post and understand all that. Nobody in this thread is defending Trumgeta by any stretch of the imagination. You're experience, more importantly you're reaction, is much different than the one being discussed here.
  2. Beware of this company

100% agreed - anyone who is unaware of this practice, and many others like it, that fluff Amazon reviews should definitely familiarize themselves, and posting about it brings more awareness.
  3. Beware of this company

I have no dog in this fight but something you said got me to thinking... If the steps had performed to your expectations, would you have minded leaving a 5-star review? I assume you willingly proceeded with the process, knowing they were expecting a review from you as compensation for the...

  5. Bigger Turbo and Tune on Iforce max

Worth it is subjective. I do all the work on my truck myself, which I really enjoy, and I've gotten some insane deals on the mods that I have. If I had to pay retail for the Sxth Intercooler and AWE exhaust, I wouldn't have them. I'd say if you can comfortably afford these parts, then yes...
  6. Bigger Turbo and Tune on Iforce max

The tune will be your biggest gain dollar for dollar. The intercooler, exhaust, intake, radiator, etc. are all supporting mods that slowly add to the big picture. I'd wait for the throttle body elbow and turbo inlet that are both being R&Dd right now. Those are each still around $300-500 if...
  7. Bigger Turbo and Tune on Iforce max

OTT was speculating that the motor and turbo upgrade could be good for up to 500hp with some additional supporting mods. I believe that was utilizing a stage 3 tune, which they haven't even released the stage 2 yet. The initial buzz around the turbo and downpipe has kind of worn off because...

  9. Active Grill Shutter (AGS) - Alert Message and Fix

Wouldn't the position of the shutter actuator be what relays the position of the shutters? From what I understand, which isn't much, that is why these 3D printed frames are needed to delete the shutter. It adds resistance to the actuator motor to trick it into thinking the shutters are either...
  10. Active Grill Shutter (AGS) - Alert Message and Fix

Interesting - what year is your truck? I have a 2025 SR5 and there is no sensor, unless I totally missed it. But I don't see how I could've deleted the entire grille shutter assembly without having to touch that sensor if it did exist.
  11. Active Grill Shutter (AGS) - Alert Message and Fix

When you say sensor, do you mean the shutter actuator? The little motor that is attached in the middle of the shutter assembly that the wiring harness plugs into?
  12. Active Grill Shutter (AGS) - Alert Message and Fix

I did a shutter delete when I installed the SDHQ grille light mount. It included a little 3D-printed bracket to hold the shutter actuator, but the rest of the shutter assembly was removed. I have not had any errors or messages regarding the shutter since doing the install about a month or so...
  13. Stillen Exhaust

Think more Honda Civic and less Lambo when we're talking about exhaust for these trucks lol.
  14. Stillen Exhaust

I got extremely lucky, and a member from the TW forum that lives a few hours from me offered to trade his AWE exhaust for my factory exhaust with an axle dump. While I do like the exhaust, it definitely walks a fine line when it comes to sounding too obnoxious. I had considered the Carven...
  15. Bolt on Turbo Upgrade from Big Dawgs Toyota Tuning for the 2.4T Engine

@Big Dawgs Toyota Tuning Again, we appreciate transparency over suspense. I'm excited for the throttle body elbow and this turbo - I'll be keeping an eye on it all.
