How wide spread is this occurrence? Any idea how many are affected? Like I said I’ve driven few weeks now every day with a/c I’d think if it was cracked I’d see a leak by now and nada . Im not worried about honestly in my opinion if it was gonna leak it would have already

Again I’m not understanding the towl method, you’ll clearly be able to see the water dripping. The people claiming to only feel it with flip flops makes no sense. If you had sneakers on you’d still see water all over the liners and carpet and on your shoes

But that’s what I’m saying. If the water is dripping on your foot then it will start to pool up on the floor liner. I think anybody would notice the water on the floor and realize there’s a problem even if you didn’t physically feel the water drips

Can you elaborate on the crash bar? Why wouldn’t the dealer techs be able to fix it? Sounds like they already are. Yours was dripping water all over the floor liner?

you trust the dealer to replace that after lying to you and globing it up with sealer? I’d find a different dealer

What factory was your trucks built at that have these cracked hvac boxes? Does vin start with 3ty or 3tm and what was the build month for your trucks? I think this could be useful to know. 2 different factories assemble these truck is it just one factory or both that are having the issue during...
