Eh it does for a while. I’m not even worried about stuff like that, lot of manufacturers have uneven gaps on their panels. The rest of the truck is flawless gaps
Only thing I’ve noticed on mine is a “harder” shift sometimes after starting the truck on 1-2. Not that hard but you can feel it. Other than that nothing to complain about it drives and runs great. Plenty of power no real rattles in the interior or anything. It’s a truck not a Lexus. People...
Mine was the same way, you guys do realize you can push the tailgate over to the side you want to make the gap even? That’s all I did with mine now it’s lined up perfect
My ice cap white sr5 is flawless not one dirt nib or imperfection . I do auto body work for a living so I really know what I’m looking for. I guess it’s hit or miss . I’d get the truck buffed and polished then ceramic coated see if that makes a difference. Mine is a march 2024 build date
I’ve noticed that on mine, driving just after starting the truck is not enjoyable, the turbo deff doesn’t create boost until the oil is warmed up. I’ve letting mine warm up for a few min even when it’s hot outside
Yup it’s a fantasy to think electric cars can replace ICE. I can think of hundreds of scenarios that make it impossible or practical with the technology and infrastructure currently available . The cost to the tax payer to completely revamp our country to accommodate all electric vehicles would...
ICE engines absolutely are not coming to an end anytime soon, especially for Toyota. This whole ev thing is an absolute failed experiment . Hybrid tech along with possible hydrogen internal combustion engines are the future
Mine does this as well. Low speeds I’ll get a vibration coming from the rear. Kinda like a mild shudder, no idea what’s causing it . Some days doesn’t do it other days will do it a few times it’s very mild though but noticeable . My truck has 300 miles on it. Not really a big deal but deff...
Curious if these transmissions that have failed were shipped from the factory low on fluid? Anyone have any definitive information on this topic? Just curious
Hmm interesting I’ve driven up to about 55mph so far and haven’t noticed anything like your describing . The dealer won’t help you? Ask them to get a FTS(field technical specialist) out took at your truck
What kinda vibrations are you talking about? It’s actually that bad? I haven’t noticed vibrations with my sr5 other then the normal engine feedback and driveline feedback
How bad of a vibration are you guys talking about? I haven’t noticed any significant vibration on my sr5. Granted you slightly feel the engine and driveline feedback but nothing crazy
