The left and right brackets remove from the underside of the crash bar and attach using the 2 open holes shown on the circled passenger side bracket to the CBI bumper below the mount bolts. That instruction was not in the video but should be.

Installed a CBI Stealth bumper. It took about 7 hrs including lunch and cleanup. I had the full underchin still on the truck but it wasn't really compatible with the new bumper. It did get trimmed up to make some side mini deflectors to close up the bodywork.
