Fellow 4th Gen'ers, does anyone have a Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra. I'm curious if the Ultra model would fit in the charging area. If anyone owns that phone could you post a pic of it charging on the Qi charging pad? Does it work well? Does it fit well or is it too big?
I've never gotten it to NOT block the rear camera when folding it up. I've gotten partial blockage at best if I fold it just right. The hinge points (rubber parts) have a little give so you can play with that a bit. As far as water leakage, I've never gotten it to be fully water sealed either.
I have the Thule XTR Pro and I love it. Was it expensive? Yes. Is it heavy? Yes (but it has wheels). Is it bulletproof?! As far as I can tell pretty much. It's sturdy and I can take 2 bikes anywhere I go. If I'm taking more than that I'll just throw the other ones in the truck bed. That's VERY rare.
I've been looking into doing the factory lift on my Tacoma but was curious if anyone has already done it or purchased a TRD Off-Road with the factory lift. Any pros and/or cons?!
I'm not trying to add fuel to the fire here but I think there's a "both sides" discussion to be had here. I was raised with religion and had a mostly positive religion. I'm not actively practicing but I do understand the benefits that can (and can't) be had by using religion as a reasonable...
Great video! One of the most intimidating things for me is "can I do this with the truck I have". It's good to see an amateur with a stock+ setup similar to mine doing these kinds of things!
Thanks for all the info! I'm trying to find the sweet spot between spending on a subscription service and having communication available in most cases. I camp 2 to 3 times a year so I'm thinking a subscription service would be a bit of a waste for me.
