The wording of this post is a little confusing. But it seems like the vehicle is (or is not) no longer cycling through Accessory mode? If so, this is a setting that can be changed in the screen menus.

Was curious if you could fall into the TSB for the chirp issue. I think I've seen that resolved the shaking as well. But if you don't have the chirp it wouldn't be eligible.
Seems to be "just how it is". Mine does this too.
Although I frequently see that the trucks are about 1/2 - 1 quart low on trans fluid from the factory that probably is the cause of the problem.
If this is even possible (which I doubt it is), you're thing to spend more retrofitting the hardware versus having bought the package that comes with it.
