Admittedly I'm not up to speed on tuning the T24. But I would be very skeptical of those kind of gains on their own. I would think most of the gains would be attributed to the tune.

There's little point in doing that. The T24 engine already draws in cool air with the stock intake. I can't imagine there is any real performance gain to begin with, with a CAI, much less among different brands. They do give a nice throaty sound under throttle though.

At one point Valvoline Extended Protection High Mileage had a fair percentage of GTL. But I don't know what the current formulation is. Valvoline isn't immune to the same issues all blenders are dealing with. It could be sometime before the facilities in Qatar are back on line fully.
