I usually keep it, most of the time I trade-in when I get a new car. Mods add no value in that situation. So i will return the vehicle to stock. Then sell the mods on forums or social media.

I would go for a cheaper model. Unless you do hardcore Off-roading regularly SR5 4X4 will be fine. Get the cold weather package for heated seats and other upgrades. 44k ish before discounts. Should be able to get the price down to 40k
