I put +25 wheels on my truck yesterday. Hopefully the RokBlok Rally mudflaps and the rough country rpt2 running boards that I installed at the same time prevent rock chips.
Looks really good! I ended up ordering some +25 relations race wheels. They come next week. I only have 265/70 tires (regret) but I’m definitely going to get bigger ones sooner I think because it’s bothering me lol #bigtireenvy
Is anyone here running 0 offset with the Rough Country flares? I’m looking for pictures to see what the stance and poke look like. I know that with +25 offset and the Rough Country flares, the tire is completely tucked under.
Thanks!!
Just ordered these for mine to replace the OEM tube steps. Hoping they can help with 3 things.
1) Helping my 5 foot 1 wife get into my truck.
2) Maybe help prevent door dings in parking lots.
3) Hopefully paired with my Rokblokz rally mud flaps, I can avoid rock chips on rear fenders.
Thank you for the heads up! I live in Orlando so winter Road chemicals will not be an issue, but I’ll keep this in mind if I ever take it to the beach!!!
I ordered one from Westcott! It comes next week!

I’ve decided to definitely go with +25 for whatever Wheels I end up getting. My issue right now is that I want a set in machined silver and no one has these in stock really. Both method and SSW have some that I like but they are not in stock right now. SSW supposed to have some this month maybe...
Actually I just realized that the Tacoma in the install video is a 2/3 gen haha. That’s on me for not catching that in the video description.
Here is the link to that video. it is about four minutes and 52 seconds in it when he shows that, but like I said, this is an older model Tacoma in the...
oh okay that is great! yeah the video they show on youtube for installation has middle rack points too so I was concerned. Did you install it yourself? What modifications did you make to the front for wind noise.
Man, Sorry you aren't happy with your SR5 but telling people to not buy it is a bit extreme. I got a new SR5 as my first tacoma, the higher end trims were out of my budget but I really like this truck. It is fun as hell to drive and I can build it up however I want.
