R00-P1 are about 10.5” wide at the top. Not as wide as the flares on the TH, but probably good for the normal width tires.

SparksParts.com. Took a bit over a week. I think any dealer can get them for you if you give them the part number.

Selling the wider OEM Mud Guards (PK389-35R00-P1). Much wider than the tiny ones that came stock. Should fit the stock Tacoma well. Selling because I had to get the even wider ones (R50-P1) for the Trailhunter’s wider tires.
$75, local pickup in Seattle
offset your mounting clips so they aren't on top of the adapter rail mounts, but close to them. You should then be able to mount up higher. Your clips looked like they were mounted through the adapter rail mounts
Overall I'm very happy with the X4. Like that it rolls up w/o using up bed space, and without blocking the rear window or cameras. My only issue is a bit of rain water gets in on the sides. I think it is because their "Adapter Rail" mount that doesn't overlap the side of the bed by very much...
I have the Revolver X4TS but it looks like the mounts are the same. Try mounting the clamps as high as you can (see pic below)
Also noticed that your adapter rails barely hit the top of the bed on the side (less than 1/4" make contact). Mine are that way too. I provided that feedback to...
Yes, it can be disassembled but the pieces will still be pretty bulky. I'm guessing shipping would be a couple hundred dollars given the weight and bulky packaging.
Welp, PK389-35R00-P1 are definitely better than the tiny ones that came with the truck, but still not wide enough for the Trailhunter. They probably fit the stock Tacoma well.
The search continues for the even wider OEM TH mudflaps that @Franko Manini has. Any part numbers would be greatly...
Remove approximately 12 Torx bolts and the sport bar pops right off. Probably weighs less than 80 lbs, I was able to remove it myself. I did have to loosen the bed rails to slide the mounting backing plates out. Took me maybe 15 min to remove the whole thing.
