  1. Colorado Selling Trailhunter Bronze Wheels + Tires and Spare asking $1750

Did you ever sell these? I'm looking for two, will be in Colorado this month.
  2. Trailhunter Rock Rails for jacking/actual rock sliding?

Yea these are my first rock sliders- I never put them on my 2004. I thought the same with mine- a little too close to step on easily.
  3. Trailhunter Rock Rails for jacking/actual rock sliding?

I knew I saw a similar card. I was jacking between the mounting ribs to the frame, and it still deflected quite a bit towards the pinch welds on the bottom of the rocker panels. They didn't touch, but I was too chicken to keep lifting until they did- Maybe they won't and my anguish is misplaced...
  4. Trailhunter Rock Rails for jacking/actual rock sliding?

I'm messing about with my jack, and the rear jack points built into the bumper are fine, but I tried jacking one of the rock rails, and it definitely flexes quite a bit towards the body as the suspension is unloaded. I stopped before I lifted a tire, and the flex recovered. I'm dubious these...
  5. SDHQ Built Power Solution - relocated power from battery to under hood (for my winch hook up)

This is exactly the thing. I don't have the time available to have parts CNC cut, spend all the time finding the right connectors, fiddling with how long and what wire, etc. I'll go for the pre-built solution. I'm glad I can make the time to install it.
  6. Site Downtime: Our Apologies

Woohoo! three days ago i was like "Oh no!! the site is gone!" Then the messages went from generic errors to we'll be back soon, and I figured someone was on it. Glad to see it back!
  7. Brand new Tacoma owner I just bought a Trail Hunter

haha they are now- my comment was quite a while ago before they were.
  8. Trd Pro / Trailhunter engine airfilter

The QR code i posted above works, but I can't find either of the products listed on that page.
  9. My current MPG in my 25’ TrailHunter

If you are basing your 8mpg of one fuelly record- i recommend you wait for a few more. I've had the numbers not add up on one or two fill ups for whatever reason- transposed miles on truck, inaccurate pump, accidentally topped past the first stop. All those things will throw fuelly, but normally...
  10. My current MPG in my 25’ TrailHunter

24 Trailhunter here- after 15k miles- my Fuelly average is 15.1. I see as low as in the 12s driving west across the middle states (into the wind) and the best I've ever seen (once, all in town, driving slow, was 19.2, but that obviously is not the usual. 8 does seem low, but if it's right off...
  11. Looking for part number- the upgraded snorkel cover that wont fall off.

Not intentionally. My work has me in middle Oklahoma/North Texas- and it was tornado week last week- barely escaped four in about 6 days.
  12. Looking for part number- the upgraded snorkel cover that wont fall off.

Has anyone got the correct part number for the upgraded snorkel cover part? Mine finally departed the party on a tornado chasing drive in Oklahoma last week.
  13. Trd Pro / Trailhunter engine airfilter

I just got a spare filter (took 6 months) and on top of it was a sticker with a link to this page, which explains the Toyota cleaning process and their cleaning products kit: https://www.toyota.com/racing/parts/airfilter
  14. GFC topper installed on Trailhunter - my review, thoughts & notes

Except it was done at GFC cause they screwed up my appointment at the partner dealer. Another friend of mine here in town also has a GFC, but the full camper version (I only have the topper) and he has the exact same issues.
  15. GFC topper installed on Trailhunter - my review, thoughts & notes

I never got a replacement for the terrible lighter plug that came with it, so that hasn't been fixed, but the lights themselves are all still working, so so far, so good. As for the leaks, still leaking. I haven't had the time to work on it, and GFC has not offered any fixes for the bed leak...
  16. Do You Really Need Bed Stiffeners on Your Trailhunter? 🤔 [Full Install + Breakdown]

I have a set. Haven't installed them. I'll watch out of curiosity.
  17. GFC topper installed on Trailhunter - my review, thoughts & notes

It leaks where the front of the Tacoma bed dips, as well as smaller leaks at the top front corners of the wall panels. Weirdly they never attached the brake light to anything, so that still doesn’t work as I haven’t found a good place to hook it in (will be the trailer hitch eventually.) I like...
  18. 2024 Trailhunter- Transfer Case pressurized on fluid change

If that’s the case I’ll do that for the next 15k.
