Do you have a roof rack? If so, thats probably your issue and why the shop can’t find the vibration. Below is the thread where I posted what I did to fix my issue.

I bought Lasfit because I needed them and Weather Tech hadn’t released theirs yet. I was pleasantly surprised. They fit great, no issues. Even though I have always had Weather Tech, I don’t see a lot of difference between them.
The hype around Tacomas has been earned. They have been great trucks for a long time and we buy them because of it. My last one was a Gen 2.5 with 180k miles, no real issues. Drove it daily for 10 years. It took me up some amazing trails. Resale value is another reason we buy these trucks...
Thanks for the tips. I didn’t take them off my 2014 TRD OR, but it was Canyon Stone Silver and it kinda looked okay. This one I have had just over a month and it just doesn’t look right so they’re coming off.
Its for linking the app to your infotainment system. It did it on mine the first time I drove it, you go through the setup, pick your own pin and thats the only time it has asked me for it.
They all are like that. Previous gens had a rubber seal that you had to cut or remove to mount roof racks, Gen 4 they have a sealant line thats painted with plugs covering the mounting holes for roof racks.
There is an issue with the RC Molle panel kit for the 2024 Tacoma. If you have the 12 volt/USB port on the driver side bed, the Molle panel doesn’t fit. It keeps the cover from opening. I have contacted Rough Country about it and this is their reply:
Thanks for letting us know. I passed this...
I had this problem too. I took the front shield and cross bar off the roof rack and beefed up the vibration isolators. The three little ones that come with the rack barely make contact with the front shield. I had a hard time finding replacements, so I went to Home Depot, bought some bigger...
Same thing is going on with my new TRD OF. 75-80 the roof rack starts vibrating and gets worse with more speed. Open the sunroof and put a hand on the front cross bar under the front deflector, it immediately stops.
