I installed the OEM tonneau cover and it did lower the side rails. I have the Rough Country cab side molle panel and it fits fine and clears the tonneau cover (the cab rail doesn't get moved with the tonneau cover). I just had to trim a little bit of the bed mat to clear the lower mounting points.

Nice truck! I personally think tires and wheels make a huge difference in the look and function of a truck. 285/70r17 size tires will fit with no lift. You can go up to 35" tires pretty easily with a lift, but if you want practical I would stay with 285's. The 285's will fit on your stock wheels...

Fog lights should be mounted low to be most effective. Also, lights on the hood would be blinding for oncoming drivers.

Don't feel bad, I did the same thing but on my driveway during the first oil change. Didn't realize that 0w-20 is basically water and spilled it everywhere. Luckily I had already ordered a Fumoto valve and installed it at the first oil change so subsequent oil changes have been mess free.

Now that it's been a few months, any more thoughts on the Fox shocks? I've been thinking about a set but they're spendy.
