I personally have a total chaos king coil over lift 2 1/2" with Dobson 819 coil Springs in the rear. I did not go with a diff drop Over 5000 miles, no problems. No vibration. Ride is amazing and corners like a Porsche.

I went with a SmartCap and a Sanhima rooftop tent with a Bunker 270 awning. Love my setup other than tightening the bolts on the SmartCap every 1500 miles too avoid leakage.

I would try a automotive paint grade wax and grease remover like, sherman Williams, sure will clean. It's the best product that i've found for removing any contaminants on the paint. I use it to rub down any painted surfaces like that to remove contaminants and prep for items like vent guards...

Replace the rear Springs with some Dobson coil springs. I went with the 819. Due to the weight I have hmm in the back of my truck and it raised it up. It's an 1 1/2 inches with a 1000 pound over rating for around $300 from running for tacos.
