I believe the Seat belts chime and engine noise can be disabled using Carista and a cheap bluetooth OBD2 programmer off amazon. The Carista app is a subscription, but they give you a 30 day free trial.

Thanks. I actually opened up my Wheel boxes today and there where hub centric rings at the bottom of the box. So I guess I can use them if I need them!
