I ended up using the factory specs of 2.25'' of lift in the front and I did not add any springs in the rear. I have about .25'' of rake as it sits now. Unfortunately, I no longer have the measurements of before the coil overs to give you a comparison. Here are a couple of phots though.

Initially, I thought they were a bit to stiff. Now that they have a few miles on them, I think they have a great balance in responsiveness to bumps with little to no body roll on cornering at higher speeds. Like you said, they are a bit pricey though.
