I did graphene on mine when I got it new 3 months ago, is working great. I did it myself tho. I wash it once a week and the product is still there. It does the job protecting the paint.

The red hooks can be rated to 11.000lb but that doesn’t mean the bolts or the welds are. The only way to calculate that is measuring the thickness of the material and diameter of the bolts and type of thread on them.
