It would be great to be wrong. But I would not have purchased the truck in that condition to start with. Sure as hell wouldn’t be spending 2-3k to fix a bad factory paint job.

That doesn’t look like it can be “detailed” out. Even with a heavy cutting pad, it isn’t going to remove orange peel in the base coat.
