Yes, its fixed. They had to take it apart and reseal it. Apparently, there are two covers. It was leaking around the front cover. Didn't have to replace the coolant but did get an oil change. As far as the dealer experience, it was good. They gave me a Tundra to drive for the week.

Not from the center of the hub, no. The front was measured at 37 and the rear was at 38 5/8. Both of these measurements were taken from the ground to the bottom of the fender trim. Hope this is of help though.
