Offered to drive and they still refused. It came from the roof rack, a wild ass guess because they were useless. Found TSB-0016-25 and had a customer advocate make them apply it.
Basically had to diagnose and recommend my own fix.

Dealer refused to drive the truck over speed limit. Saw someone post TSB 0016-25 and I requested the dealership to install it, with the help of a customer advocate.

I will update with more information as this progresses. As of today, I've been told to bring it to another service center to exhaust my options.

Yep, spot on. It was remarkable to see everyone walk away from the issue using the speed limit as an excuse. Lesson learned in regards to Toyota.
I love so many things about this truck, it is a real shame. Going to try new tires at some point, not much else I can do.
Definitely not the roof rack and tires were rebalanced. Hands were the thrown in the air, while they maintained it was not their problem since they won't drive it 75 mph.

Facing the same nightmare with my 2024 Trailhunter. It vibrates the interior at 75 mph. Except in my case no one will fix it because the service people won't go that speed. Toyota Corporate and service, have both expressed non-interest in taking any actions.
