Same. I didn't care for Terra until I saw a Tundra in Terra at a Whole Foods :ROFLMAO: . I think it's time for me to do a color other than the typical white, black, or gray.
I'm excited for the hybrid, but I'm gonna miss the classic starter noise and fan roar on startup of the old gens. You can always tell when a Toyota truck fires right up.
^This.
Sheldon Brown, Chief Engineer, said the turbo on the T24A-FTS in the Tacoma is commercial truck grade with 50% more duty cycles over the turbos in their non-truck applications. So, for whatever that's worth, the turbo should hold up well. Only time will tell.
I'm 5'7" and have had a 6'1" friend seated behind me in my 3rd Gen just fine, but his knees were right up against the back of the seat. In the 4th gen, I imagine he would have to straddle the back of the Iso seat. The 4th gen gained 1.1-inches of rear legroom over the 3rd gen, so theoretically...
I just know Gulf States Toyota is going to install the spray in bedliner on all the trucks they get. Dealers here in North Texas are reluctant to change their allocations with GST even before they're installed.
Yup, I'm done with that nonsense. Back in 2019 when they announced the 2020 Army Green TRD Pro color, it was the same song and dance then. Then covid fun times happened. They're all on my shitlist and will never do business with them.
I'm waiting until the dust settles. Plenty of MSRP dealers...
Toyota temporary VINS contain a letter in the last 6 digits. The two digits preceding that letter are the week numbers they go into production.

Here is a temp VIN for a Black TRD Pro with Cockpit Red Interior listed at Classic Toyota in Waukegan, IL that will begin production...
Ask Siri a question and adjust the volume while she's speaking. After iOS 17.1, Carplay has been acting weird and it seems that's the only way to fix it.
I don't have a 2024 yet, but was just curious what pricing might be.
I have purchased from Troy twice. One for my current truck and one for my mother's RAV4. I live in Texas and my mother lives in Michigan and had no issues buying from him.
I do recall reading about an owner having an issue...
It'll only be worth what the market dictates. Unless we can see how Toyota determined its price, we can only speculate.
It's a niche market halo truck produced in limited quantities and wasn't built to be affordable for the masses. There is no financial justification for buying one or any...
I don’t have a deposit down nor am I on any waitlists. Not a fan of playing that game. My truck is paid off and I’m going to enjoy that for a while, so I’m in no hurry to get one of these. Hopefully trade-in value holds where it’s at until after the dust settles and dealers come to their senses...
