Ordered, thanks for the forum discount! I've already added sound deadener to my hood, so I'm not expecting a huge noise difference adding this on top of it. I'm most inclined to see if it helps reduce hood vibrations by redirecting/diffusing airflow on the underside of the hood. Can't hurt to try 😅

Although not the exact same behavior, I have a slightly related comment. I have the DD switchbacks installed. While driving through heavy snow a few weeks ago, forward visibility was terrible and ended up white knuckling for a few minutes. I started wondering if the switchbacks were worsening...

This looks awesome! I had some bad experiences with the G2's wet weather performance in the past, but the updated G3's look much more promising and seem to fix those issues. This will likely be the route I go once the stock tires wear out. Interested to hear how they work out for you!

I used the one on the driver's side near the rear seat for the black wire in the photo. Sounds like there's probably a couple of these grommets on the floor that could be used.

I would try the touchupdirect route first. I've ended up with a touch up pen for all my vehicles and they doing a decent job masking the defects well enough so you eventually forget about it. If it doesn't turn out well you can always scratch it again and try to cover up with something else 😂
