FYI- Hybrid is going to use PREMIUM unleaded. I searched TIS (Toyota Tech Site) for a VIN# (Landcruiser) and the specs say premium. Not sure if the extra mpg is worth it.
Why? I prefer rear drum brakes. Maintenance free and last 150,000 miles before replacement. Here in the northeast, rear disc brakes fail before fronts - due to rotors rusting (pads clean the rotors, and since not much braking is done in the rear, they don't clean as well as the front) Rear...
I honestly don't think anyone should even pay MSRP right now. A year ago, sure. Market is changing. I imagine the Trailhunter will cost 60K; and the Pro eclipsing that. Your average Joe isn't going to slam down that kinda green for a Tacoma. I see Tundra's sitting at dealers now in my area.
I've made deals without seeing the vehicle. I made a deal with a Subaru dealer in Maine, with trade-in, and meet him halfway. NEVER saw the vehicle prior. Meet me with paperwork, signed, and boom, done deal.

1- Research my vehicles value. First KBB, next private sale, then dealer sale. My example: 2022 TRD Offroad (TRD lift/Pro...
There is no way I'd want this truck after 2 weeks of abuse!
Honestly, the interior is upgraded so much - it's a game changer. I don't think the exterior is all that to be real. But-- When getting into my 2022 - it felt like I took a time capsule back 15 years. The interior is THAT upgraded...
I drove a TRD offroad today. Check out the pics next to my 2022 TRD Offroad (TRD 2" lift FYI). This was a premium package ($53K) but dealer is not selling it right now - they want to use it as a demo for customers. They did say I could put a deposit on it and pick it up in 2 weeks - NO THANKS...
Lia Toyota in Wilbraham MA has a white off-road. Pulled up next to it, then it left on a test drive.. Wanted to take a picture next to my 22 Off-road. Anyhow, I've had Tacoma's for 25 years. Not really that impressed. Looking forward to the Landcruiser - I think that's what I am going to get.
