none that I noticed, it’s the perfect combo IMO. Suspension feels great with this set up. Ride and drive is great. They’d still be on my TH if I hadn’t borrowed them from the TRD OR. In fact, I’ll likely pick up a set for the TH too.

Agree, the nannies are a bit much. I’m thinking maybe a camera calibration is needed. Maybe it wasn’t calibrated for the TH lift? I noticed a couple references in the owner’s manual about sensors not working properly with lifted suspension or non OEM suspension.
