I have the Canvasbacks arriving today! They say you need to use the Velcro if you want to be able to roll the windows up and down with them installed. I’ll post pics within the next day or so.

oh man that’s a good point! This an OEM cover you are referring to MX4? Mine doesn’t touch the truck with the OEM prop rods latched.

They provided foam bumpers that you need to stick to the neck of cover at that impact point!

Does it have 4 plastic knobs? The pic only shows two (you need 4). Placing the spacers is still quite finicky. Perhaps you could glue or add double sided tape to hold them in place.

there are two there bolts with seal rings, spacers, washers, lock washers, nuts, and safety cotter pins. It would be a serious pain to remove and reinstall on a regularly basis.

if you read my post, you will see my comments about this. The OEM cover is definitely not super easy to remove and reinstall. The new BAK MX4 on the other hand is much easier… but the cover has other issues (again see my previous post).

where did these mudflaps come from?! Haven’t seen those…
