I received the front emblem blackout badge today for my Off Road Hybrid and ācustomedā it with red vinyl to go with the other little red details on the truck:
Itās not perfect but I like it and hope the vinyl doesnāt peel or fade!
No, the iForce Max comes standard with the 18ā wheels on the TRD OR. I believe the non-hybrid comes standard with 17ā wheels.
what I meant was that the air dam doesnāt sit as low/ look as big with the 18ā wheels as it sits a bit higher off the ground. Sorry for the confusion!
Thereās some photos on a post titled āSmartcap EVO bedcapā¦ā, maybe type that in the search bar. Sorry, Iām not sure how to post a link here to that post
Broke in the new Taco for the suggested 1000km before towing.
Took the trailer I built out for the first time.
Canopy, bed mat, gear, two occupants and tongue weight of trailer estimated around 1000 - 1100 lbs. Trailer weighs about 2500 lbs dry.
450 km (280 mi) at 14 km/100 l (16.8 mi/gal).
TRD...
Go into the settings menu and disengage the PKBS button, otherwise the truck wonāt let you back up close enough to hitch it!
to set up the trailer length etc was pretty easy
to set the straight line backup mode, you need a lot of space, like an empty parking lot
My truck brakes before I can get close enough to hook up the trailer. What do I need to disable for it to let me back up closer without going all crazy?
Thank you for the help!
I believe I need to have the trailer hooked before I can set it up.
Cāmon man, we want to see photos of your travels, not the Taco!
In all seriousness, hoping the new Tacoma will get you and your family to unforgettable places and bring unforgettable memories!
Constant load (180 lbs canopy), but will also be towing trailer (250 lb tongue weight) and cargo.
no difference in ride quality, but I havenāt towed yet. Have not yet bottomed out either
