A few of you asked for a video. Just finished installing the OEM Bed Scene Lighting on my 2024 Tacoma and put together a full install video for anyone considering this upgrade.
After using it, I can definitely say it’s one of my favorite mods. It’s also pretty easy to do, anyone can do it. It’s...
It’s from a company called Hypertech. They don’t actually let you buy it from their website. I ordered mine from JEGS but it’s been a few weeks and hasn’t shipped. I’m not confident I will actually get it anytime soon.

I just did a speedometer test on my truck. I have 34” tires on my truck. The tire size is 285/75/r17. When the truck said I was going 65 MPH I was actually going 68. I have a speedometer calibration tool on order. Is anyone interested in watching a full length video on the install?
I show that in the video. The truck won’t start but it does have power to the auxiliaries. It doesn’t trigger and engine codes. It’s pretty slick.
yeah it was challenging because there was no instruction on how to do it so I had to figure a lot out on my own. But after figuring out the unknowns it’s a pretty easy install.
Yeah my video is on their site now. I was in talks with them so they could use it. I did look into buying the Trailhunter compressor but from what I researched it seems like it’s not possible to install. Glad you enjoyed the video!

I wanted to share my build so far. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out. I decided to take advantage of Icon's huge sale they were doing last month (April 2025) and picked up their stage 2 kit with the Hulse double black 17'' wheels. I decided on the Toyo Open...
I have not seen it in person but it seems really cool. I’m not sure these are the correct part numbers so be aware. I’m hoping someone can confirm.
