I turn off the truck, get out and lock it. Then I turn it back on with the remote. It will stay on for 10 minutes. Iām not leaving my dog in it for long anyway. Not the perfect solution. Toyota should have a dog mode.
I get it. I donāt leave reviews. I had a different experience. Nothing comes for free. I buy products from Toyota, Apple, Snap-On, Makita, Samsung, Bosch, Maytag, and Stihl. Make sure to never spend a single dollar with them.
Sounds like marketing. Ultimately you get a free thing by agreeing to give feedback after using it. I see nothing wrong. Bought and paid for one of their roof racks and it works great 1 1/2 years in. Whatever.
My doors hold water and I pull the plugs at the bottom after any decent rain. Seems to take a while to dry and the windows come up wet for a few hours after rain or car wash.
65-70mph usually nets me 26-28mpg 75 drops me to 24 and 85 to 18mpg. Mostly flat with some foothills. Wind plays a big factor. SR5 long bed 4x4 w/ hard tonneau cover.

A badass flashlight. Flats happen at the worst times. Night, rain, side of busy interstate. I keep an Olight Marauder X7 on hand, plus a traffic baton.
Same but itās never leaked from car washes or New Orleans rain events. My front right side does rattle a bit on bumps when the window is down. The ones on my ā16 never rattledā¦
Replaced mine at almost a year after purchase(4/24). Second non-OEM windshield has gotten one very small chip, so Iām not certain yet, but my 2016 earned a new windshield after 6 years of the same dumb southeastern Louisiana roadways. Both replacements seems as good if not better.
I like more room up front, but it was taken from the back seat. The paint job seems easier to chip than previous years. Accelerator has to be relearned. I wish the trailer hitch wasnāt integrated into the frame. Top speed governed at 107mph. I have no big complaints. Iāve owned an 2001...
