So I've started drawing up stainless bed stiffeners after my coated steel ones already have some rust spots on them. Is there any interest in this kinda thing? I see people spend A LOT of money on stainless exhaust turn-downs that no one will ever see and figure this would actually be worth...
While functional, it doesn't look the best. Tilt those verticals in to match the cab angle which will make you have to adjust the horizontal mounts every time you change the height but worth it in my opinion.
Got it in, loctite, small hands (mine aren't) and your tools on a lanyard recommended! I'll say it's a nice 3D print that fits the 4th Gen cutout well.
3D printed a Ram-ball style phone mount with magnetic phone base bought off Amazon, it mounts to the center oh-sh!t bar. Triple-A liners floor mats are great too.
No, if I go through a car wash a little water gets in but not bad at all. I put the tonneau rail clamps near the Billiebars bracket so it pulls down the rail harder in that area compressing the weatherstripping.
Yeah I put 703s with 285/70/17 S/L Wildpeaks on mine. Those who say there is no difference over stock are either lying or not very observant. It's fine but I noticed the difference in power and ride immediately vs the stock OR tires/wheels.
Not that I've noticed.
Edit: If I turn left going left fast into my driveway it does hit the flap quickly when the wheel flexes up. Makes a quick "burrr" sound but I looked for marks and haven't seen any.
