Are they normally that loud? Can hear it with windows up.

Anyone else have this rattling sound? It’s been happening since I drove off the lot. Toyota Techs say they can’t hear it and all tests come out fine. Others have told me it sounds like something is loose when I’m driving by. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks
