Does anyone have any leads on a company that has sliders & skids in stock and ready to ship?
Need them before January 26 if possible. Will be used for a content shoot/youtube videos.
Need in TN or CO
Thanks!
Finally got the 40% portion of my rear seat delete in from Goose Gear. Honestly 6/10 product. If i had to do it again, I would just make my own. They have a great product but I do have a couple of complaints.
1. Their instructions are as good as hotdog water.
2. For a premium product like...
I hear WA is great for off roading lol according to the influencers anyways. I'll probably end up going kings again. I really liked them on my 3GT. I haven't been able to hit the beach yet but maybe this summer!
What's up guys! Doing just a quick post while at work, but here’s my first full trip report about a quick ride at Turkey Bay OHV in KY. I’ve been into Toyotas for about a decade now, and after a lot of seat time in my 2GT and 3GT, I finally got the chance to give my 4GT a proper test after...
No idea honestly. I haven't bothered to look. I could care less about mpg's - I drive the truck and have to fuel up either way so I just stop when I need to. 🤷‍♂️
After driving for an afternoon, I was able to figure out what I was rubbing on. It was the Sway Bar Disconnect Bracket harness. I ended up relocating it behind the frame as pictured below. It was a pretty simple process to do. You can read about it here.
looks like the way you moved it may be less work, but keeps it right behind the main bracket in the wheel well.
I’m unsure if I’m going to that top bracket off in the future when I cycle the suspension so I routed it a bit further back
I'll preface this by saying if you're doing 35's & below you probably won't need to do this, but I'm not sure. I don't think it'll hurt to do either way. After a little bit of trimming I was able to fit some 37x12.5R17 +25s on my 2025 TRD Pro 4GT. The only place I was rubbing at full lock during...
The only place I'm rubbing ever so slightly is at full lock turning left. There's a bracket on the inside of the drivers wheel well that I think is for the sway bar disconnect. I'm going to have to either trim it down or relocate it. Without that there there, there's zero rubbing issues for on...
Yeah I’m thinking I’ll be fine. I’m going to take it into shop this week to have them cycle the suspension for me to really dial it in.
you’re build sounds insane, can’t wait to see it.
And yes we were talking about it this morning, we’ll probably just do 35’s so nothing too major.
Yeah I watched their video!! The only difference I hadn’t seen is someone with a TRD pro since the fenders are wider and the front bumper is a little different
