Installed the gun rack on the Diamondback SE. Works out great. Of course I don't keep a gun in the rack all the time, just most of the time. Very pleased with the cover, no leaks, no dust.
Knowing when to apply the right foot to the proper pedal. Also keeping your speed appropriate for the road conditions. I have a hard bed cover which adds some weight to the back and that helps with traction in 2WD & 4WD. You gotta remember there were 4WD pickups running around for many years...

Had some snow here in Eastern Kentucky. Actually had to put it in 4X4 on top of the mountain because of icy conditions in a turning spot. Nice day for driving in the weather though!!
Decided to spend the money and get the Diamondback SE, Rugged Black finish, Toolbar, Light, and Crossbin. Total was $2,618.20. About half the price of a camper shell but more secure. Now I just have to wait on delivery.
Saw a Diamondback HD on a 2024 Tundra, the guy said it had never leaked during heavy rains. I liked the looks and security of it. Now I have to decide if I want a tonneau cover or spend the big bucks and get a color matching camper shell.
