It's not a looks issue for me. More wanting to keep full use of my bed. When I see trucks with them on and see the same truck it doesn't bother me at all. I'm likely to admire their setup and understand that they just don't get removed easily. I wouldn't care what others thought.

I am thinking of going that route but I'd like a way to remove the tent. They are too heavy to remove myself and the girlfriend wouldn't be much help. Most are going to be up there for good.

Yes, the cover installed with the molle panels without any mods. I installed all the molle panels myself and let the shop I bought the cover at install it. The front molle panel is pretty useless though.

Modern engines are ugly. It's a little dress up for it. Don't want it? Don't buy it.

I think you’d have to remove it. I installed the molle panels myself but had the cover installed. The panels install behind the bed rails and are pretty much flush with them. You use some of the bed rail screws for the installation. You’ll also have to drill a couple of holes in the bed.

I installed the OEM panels and a Retrax Pro without issues. I don’t know how the factory mounts tri-fold mounts though.

I tested it at home and went from one bar to two with it down and 2 bars 5G with it up. You still need a signal to boost though.
