Looks like you’re right! Just got back from Toyota. The issue was the lower control arm bolts/fasteners and the steering rack bolts/fasteners needed to be re torqued/tightened. So glad they were able to figure it out. Crossing my fingers the noise doesn’t come back!

Wonderful. I had a feeling they wouldn’t be able to do anything since it’s not OEM. Mine sounds like it’s the tie rods and only happens when I turn the steering wheel. So frustrating.
I do. I removed it prior to making this video and it still made the same noise. I have an appointment with Toyota Wednesday so hopefully they can figure it out. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the pre collar lift and heavier wheels and tires?
See video above. I have a 2025 Tacoma TRD Off-Road Hybrid with a Westcott Designs perch collar lift, Method wheels, and 285/75R18 Nitto E-rated tires. I honestly can’t remember if the noise was there before the lift, wheels, and tires were installed. It only happens when turning the steering...
Hey what’s up man. I actually didn’t put any money down on the Civic since it was a lease and I negotiated the OTD price of the brand new 25 Tacoma before I even discussed whether I was going to lease/finance and put any money down.
Thank man, appreciate it. Yea I love the truck. I’ll be...
Thanks! I def want some poke. Not a crazy amount though.
I definitely want poke. See now yours looks like more poke than TacoMoFo but you basically have the same tire size and offset. Same truck too. It’s hard to judge.
Many thanks for the pics! Hmm now I’m thinking maybe I should do a +18 offset since there’s barely any poke with +25. You think that should do the trick or would it poke too much? I only want about a half inch outside of fender. Thinking either the Method 316 or 701. Only thing is I’d have to go...
I think it looks great as is! Do you mind posting close up pics from left or right front and rear so I can see how much poke you have? I’ve been debating in my head whether to go with the Method 305 +25 or 703’s in a +35 with either 285x75x17 or 35x12.5. I have a 25 off road hybrid and getting...
Me again lol. When you say " You will have to trim right at the bottom of your fender where the mud flap clips are" does this mean the front fenders or rear or both?
How’s the ride quality on and off the road with the Westcott lift kit and Nitto grapplers? Bumpy? Smooth? Tires quiet or noisy?
I’m going to be adding the same to my 25 Tacoma OR hybrid. Thinking of doing 35x12 with Method 703’s +35 offset. Also wondering if I’ll need to do any trimming or will...
