Finally upgraded to the Alu-Cab canopy. Huge shoutout to OK4wd for the purchase and professional install. They had a special going on in January for a free install so I jumped on it. They did a great job with the wiring and weather-sealing. It’s already survived a two day downpour with zero...
This has happened to me a few times as well. It happened on my s26u and zfold 7. When it hangs on like that I would initiate another call and it would go back to normal.
Did your friend give you the top metal plate for the rear springs? The TH comes with that. It adds roughly 1/4" lift. There should be the plate and the rubber that's between the plate and the spring. That being said, I have an extra set of TH springs if you want them.
I agree with the JBL logo. Not sure if it's a copy right issue. I was thinking of moving the old one over to the new. Not sure if it's the same fitment. One thing for sure, the OEM speaker screen and frame is welded in and the aftermarket is screwed in. It seems the welds are in the same...
I just received and installed the BGUCAR variant. The color and texture matches perfectly. It's really well made. I would almost say better than the OEM.
Looks like they didn't touch the camber. I would get that fixed. My tires got smoked from the bad camber from the factory. I even had it realigned after putting new tires on and the alignment shop said it was in spec with the crazy camber. I just put on new tires again (went with 35's) and had...
Today I ended up going with falken wildpeak at4w 35x11.5 tires. Just needed to remove the crash plates in the front wheel wells. Other than that, no rubbing on anything. Perfect fit! The wildpeaks ride a little stiffer than the toyos even be load rating c. Acceptable and very minor difference in...
They really aren't up to the task. The passenger side front end of the slider kissed the rocker panel and made a small knick in it after i came down down on a rock. It dented the slider and bent it up a bit. After that, I knew they had to go. I still have them in my shop and will take a Pic of it.
Looking great! I may go with the hitch slider like you have. I hit that hitch a few times and may want protection.
I ended up ditching the sliders on my TH and going with the C4 sliders. The stock sliders weren't up to the task and ended up getting dented/bent up after wheeling adventure. Just...
It's not set up as a snorkel. It's made to reduce the dust going into the intake by pulling air higher up. Still questionable. I believe it can be sealed so you can go snorkeling ?
C4 rock sliders arrived today. Prepping for paint... degreased the bare steel. Will apply POR15 base coat tomorrow and will top coat.
Base and top coat just finished
