    ??? No, it's still there.
  5. Trailhunter in the snow - mountains of British Columbia

Load C may be ok for the weight you have but I would go with E just for toughness and trail abuse. It's one thing driving on paved roads and totally another when rocks start gouging your side walls. Load E has tougher side walls and everything else. I think load C is like 6 ply while E is 10 ply.
  6. Trailhunter in the snow - mountains of British Columbia

I went up, from 265 to 285 and load rating is E.
  7. Trailhunter in the snow - mountains of British Columbia

I changed the tires to Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT. I have few other offroad vehicles and I use them on all my offroaders. I find them extremly good in any condition especially snow. They have snow flake rating as well. I was at 15 PSI here but on the snow I would go sometimes to 8-10 PSI if i...

  10. Trailhunter Tacoma owning a trail

Yea you will love these. Got extra 2" on the front and 3" on the back. Ride improved so much that I couldn't belive it... pavement and offroad as well. When offroading it's just like floating. Toyota should be sued for not using these as OEM coils for TH.
  11. Trailhunter Tacoma owning a trail

Yes going downhill no need for rear locker, 4 low and 14PSI tires. I also changed coils on this TH and that gave me more clearance. I have another post here about that.

  15. Dobinsons Coil Springs installed on Trailhunter

No We didn't talk about trailhunter extra weight. I think that is taken into consideration to start with, but what many people don't understand is that they are telling us what they been taught. All the spring coil load carrying capacity tests are done in the control environment, almost like a...
  16. Dobinsons Coil Springs installed on Trailhunter

Honestly, just a ride quality improvement itself is worth it, let alone that you can have heavier load.
  17. Dobinsons Coil Springs installed on Trailhunter

I am not 100% sure for sport. Trailhunter and sport have different shocks and so on, I would call Dobinsons and talk to them.
  18. Dobinsons Coil Springs installed on Trailhunter

Hey no worries buddy, nobody knows everything - we all learn as we go. I just changed coils, no shocks. These are very good shocks and they have plenty of travel, so that doesn't need to be changed. We paid lots of money to have those shocks and all that suspension, only thing that sucks is soft...
