3 for 3 on dodges. One neon rt. One Dakota and one Charger Scat Pack. Two blown transmissions. And one electrical so bad the car wouldn’t operate properly with a battery so weird in size it took a month to get. Big fat nope for me.
I’ve had zero issues so far. But thanks to OTT for taking a serious look at it. I’ve had issues in the past that were extremely frustrating with other vehicle makes. Their solution was to throw parts at it and see what sticks. This to me is a horrible way to seriously fix a problem. Too much...
Fair enough makes sense.
I would consider blind stitching it back together from the back side with something strong like fishing braid. And coat the stitch on the back with some flexible epoxy.

However, I am tempted to add the wire as you have.
Nice write up.

I said it’s a vehicle and obviously you need to drive it. Obviously you are going to put fuel in it to do so. I said stop worrying about mileage and drive the damn thing. You are going to buy fuel regardless if...
Y’all forget to account that mileage is irrelevant. Most Toyotas will by far outlast many other brands and models. What’s a new vehicle cost vs miles a Toyota will last. My Corolla has over 350,000 miles and counting with basic maintenance minus new wheel bearings. How many vehicles make it to...
