@conky my drain tube adapters were the same way, would fall right off. Haven't done anything yet but I think I'm just gonna put a dot of super-glue on the adapter as I don't see any reason why I would ever need to take it off in the future...

Thank you @MT-Taco, this rattle developed for me as well and I was sure it was coming from around the dash speaker area. Sure enough I checked those flaps and they were loose - added some electrical tape on the fastener holes and fixed it right up!
