I’ve emailed them every time I had an issue (which has been like 4-5 times now) and they’ve just stopped responding to me entirely so I’m just taking the loss at this point. 10/10 regret the purchase and wish I would’ve returned it as soon as I saw it wasn’t extruded aluminum.

Would be nice if they did any retroactive refunds or replacements. Mine is rusted badly.
