I had the same issue until someone from another forum told me to get a plastic wire tie and a plastic tube about 5" long and then open rear door. Attach the tie with the hose around it and apply to the bottom of the rear seat belt assy between the pillar and the assy. Bingo! noise went away...
I use auto mode once the truck has warmed a little. I set the temp to 78F and end up reducing it to 75F once I'm warm. And yes we have had cold weather this year.
Bought my 2023 with 3K miles. Owner traded it for a Lexus. I kept it for 2 years. I could not get a heated steering for the 2023, so......I got one on my new 2025 Limited. Trade in on 2023 was great.
