So good news... dealer replaced strikers and both lock assemblies. Seems like the tailgate is operating (latching, and unlatching) much smoother now. The new parts have a visible layer of yellow grease on them. Will be interesting to see how these new parts hold up over time. The service dept...

Yep. I live on a gravel road and mine does this 90% of the time. Dealer can’t claim to fix it. It’s going back again on Monday. I’m constantly loading bikes in the bed and it is super frustrating.
