I dont believe the fog lights change with the swap and operate as they did before. I bought mine just after this post hit. Ive yet to put them on though. I wanna do the headlights, new fogs, and Pro grill all together so I only have to pull the front end once. I still have to buy the grill. As...
Yeah I'm running 34ās now. Ride quality is fine. Iād say even better than the stock wheels honestly. I was just hoping to bring the front up a smidge. I ll probably just leave it.
Looking at the site real quick, the billet top hat would do what Iām looking for. I know I saw a 1/4 plate that isnāt necessarily a ātop hatā . I used them on my old 2nd gen from toytec. It was just a 1/4plate spacer that goes on top of the coilover and the current hardware could still be used...
Iād like to know if I could slightly add to the TRD lift. Wesott makes a 1/4 top plate that they say would fit on this lift (but it didnāt sound too reassuring). The point of this would only be to raise the front 1/4-1/2ā to level it out.
Toyota doesnāt give a breakdown on the parts list on the sales sheet, just TRD lift. From everything I read pertaining to the kit, its shocks and springs, billet UCAās, extended axles, etc. I see a couple other smaller parts in the pic near the UCAās. Not sure what it is. Another thing people...
Iām in the exact same boat. At the cusp of turning 52, Iāll retire in a year and a half shortly after turning 53. Ill be able to play and mod this truck at will without going into debt.
If one of these are still available Iād love one. I have a 25 TRD offroad premium and want to swap a Trail hunter grill on. I plan on purchasing the grill and light bar from Rave Offroad. I like the fact I wont have to reprogram the ecuā¦.
looks great. Iād add the rear spacers. I wish with my TRD Bilstein lift, I could add a 1/4ā top plate and rear spacers to bring it up just a tad. Iād leave itā¦..
The kit comes unassembled (shocks and coils). Unless they assemble them at the plant, the dealer will have to do this. A simple spring compressor can do this, it isnāt very hard. With the compressor failing at the factory, it created a ton of liability on Toyotaās end. So to not have to pay...
I did get a premium myself. Butā¦ā¦I definitely did not pay that much. I wanted the bells and whistles which for once, I donāt regret getting at all. Long beds also will cost you like the one above is. I paid just under 48ish
