I did mine at 560 miles then again at 3100. Sitting at 3400 now. Personally, I feel oil changes are cheap insurance. I plan on doing them every 4k from here on. I paid for the first 2 oil changes myself at my Toyota dealership. They will still give me a free one at 10k & 20k. I will never go 10k...

My Tacoma is at my dealer right now getting its first oil change with 561 miles on it. I will do the 2nd at 2000. Then the 3rd at 4000. I plan to do the oil changes every 4000 from there on out.
