That’s understandable. The consistency of this rattle just drives me nuts everytime I got over a bump. I have a feeling it’s a cable or clip. I’ve removed every panel outside of the dashboard but the rattle still persists. Seems to disappear during longer drives but reappears after the truck has...
Have you taken off your driver side mirror? I’m wondering if it’s that? I just put a bore scope down the A pillar and everything looked okay from what I can tell.

Taking mine in this Monday. Been chasing a rattle that’s coming from the area where the a pillar, driver ac vent and door is. Tried everything from foaming the secret cubby, padding behind the triangle on the driver door, padding underneath the driver side dash tweeter and a pillar. It’s driving...

I have tried the following:
1.) electrical tape mod for loose engine splash guards
2.) foam padding around tweeter...
Were you able to find a fix? I’m experiencing the same issues as well. It seems like it only occurs in the morning when it’s really cold and it sounds like it’s coming from either the door near the A pillar or the driver A/C vent. I just can’t figure it out and I’ve already taken the door panel...
