Have you taken off your driver side mirror? I’m wondering if it’s that? I just put a bore scope down the A pillar and everything looked okay from what I can tell.

Interesting. My rattle is the inverse. Only happens when it’s cold out. I’ve taken off the door panel, dropped the aux panel, taken apart the panel on the secret cubby area, removed the driver door speaker. This is on top of all the other areas a mentioned earlier to include the driver engine...

Taking mine in this Monday. Been chasing a rattle that’s coming from the area where the a pillar, driver ac vent and door is. Tried everything from foaming the secret cubby, padding behind the triangle on the driver door, padding underneath the driver side dash tweeter and a pillar. It’s driving...

I have noticed that as well actually. When I lowered the aux panel to locate the sound of the rattling and then reassembled it, I noticed the overlap as well and thought it was due to improperly reinstalling the aux switch panel. I also installed foam tape between those two adjoining pieces.
