What I'm not digging are the standard accoutrements for the TH. From someone who owns an OG long bed Trailhunter, this truck is basically a TRD PRO without the huge ass seats, and you can get it in a long bed.

ARB & Toyota needs to back off that sport bar. It really needs to go away, add beefier rear coils. Overlanding & camping means WATER, FUEL, FIREWOOD, MORE GEAR, CAMPER SHELLS. The truck bed is sacred, stop having the factory bros bolting shit on it. This dumb aftermarket selling the sudo-roll-bar steel to lower trims is a waste of time.

Someone had to say it. Leave the damn bed open and empty.

TH should have the full length ARB rack and put the sport rack on the pre-runner and pro

I like Wave Maker, although as mentioned it feels more at home in a tropical place.
I can see where the white/grey/silver/black masses may find it upsetting.
Same. I'm so frickin' sick of the endless waves of Black/White/Grey/Silver/Maroon vehicles that fill every parking lot.... and I say that with a white Tacoma parked in my driveway. I wish more manufacturers would start pushing out some fun and interesting colors while also not tethering them just to the highest trim levels.

And interior colours. And offer more colours on base models.

The pathetic factory mud flaps are a $60 option, even on the Pro, although most trucks get them.
Those mud flaps were the only add-on to my truck that couldn't be removed from the build sheet and your description of them is spot on----will get replaced at some point :)

BTW non-hybrids are getting 265/65-R18 (with premium package).

Hybrids are getting 265/70-R18 (standard).

Weird.

Nothing beats car color choices in the 1970’s.

Mopar offered some of the brightest colors of all manufacturers and the marketing names were brilliant. Plum Crazy/In Violet (purple), Go-Mango/Vitamin C Orange (orange), Hemi Orange/Tor-Red (red-orange), Sublime/Lime Light (lime green), Panther Pink/Moulin Rouge (pink), and Top Banana/Lemon Twist (yellow)

So, no actual changes... I was really hoping for a TH in mud bath at least. Or the return of the HUD on the TH. I guess I will continue to stew on it.

Yeah, I expected the HUD to come back on at least the halos, but no joy. The decontenting on the Tacos seems to have started very early.

Or pounce as prices drop as we hit Dec (how I afforded a Pro)? Toyotas are not getting cheaper...
